Payment Types

Cash, Credit card, Debit card, HSA (depending on your insurance) Gift Certificates

Same Day Cancellations

50% of service

If you cancel a session on the same day the appointment is scheduled there will be a cancellation fee of 50% before your next session. 

No Show

100% of service

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the appointment time and haven't sent a text or called to notify me of the the delay, there will be a No-Show charge for the full service price due before the next appointment will be scheduled.  

Sharing Appointments

If you can"t make your appointment and want to offer it to a family member or friend, you are welcomed to do so, however, you must notify me of the change in advance of the appointment time.

Tipping

Tipping is not required or expected.

Before your session

Medications

If you are currently taking an antibiotic, pain killer or muscle relaxer please reschedule your appointment for a time when you are finished with these medications.

Intake forms

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete the new client intake form if you are not able to complete online before your arrival.
